Yes, the festival is an accessible event.
Accessible platform tickets, subject to availability, will be purchasable via the access icon on the main event page on Ticketmaster.
Due to limited space, access platform tickets are available in a ratio of 1:1 for access ticket holders and companions only.
Please note that you must register with Ticketmaster’s accessible database in order to avail of a complimentary companion ticket.
If you have a medical requirement for a 2:1 carer, or have a parent/guardian need that requires you to hold three tickets on the platform, you will need to make two separate purchases to secure all necessary tickets and then contact Ticketmaster via your My Account to verify the purchase/seek a refund as required.

Both event sites are outdoor, uncovered, and standing only (with the exception of the ticketed accessible areas). Dublin Castle and Collins Barracks both have historic cobblestone paving in some/all areas of the event site, and the site layouts mean that there are some inclines required for entry to both.
