Yes, this is an accessible event. Accessible platform tickets, subject to availability, will be purchasable via the access icon on the main event page on Ticketmaster.
Due to limited space, access platform tickets are available in a ratio of 1:1 for access ticket holders and companions only. Please note that you must register with Ticketmaster’s accessible database in order to avail of a complimentary companion ticket. If you have a medical requirement for a 2:1 carer or have a parent/guardian need that requires you to hold three tickets on the platform, you will need to make two separate purchases to secure all necessary tickets and then contact Ticketmaster via your My Account to verify the purchase/seek a refund as required.
No, as there is an event taking place earlier, there will be no early queueing allowed in the area.
Gates will open at 8pm – please do not attend the area earlier than this, as event security will be on duty and you will be turned away.
There will be a countdown at midnight and the show ends at 12.30am
No, these are two separate ticketed events, and will require individual tickets if you wish to attend both.
Even if you purchase a ticket for both, it will be necessary to leave the area after the first event, and re-enter when gates open for the later event. Tickets are subject to availability.
A family ticket covers up to 2 adults and the children in their party. Tickets are subject to availability.
Additional individual adult tickets are available for purchase. Additional children do not require additional tickets.
You will need to purchase a family ticket. The individual adult ticket does not cover attendance with children – it is only intended for expanding parties/solo entry only.

Yes, there will be a box office on site on show day. Tickets are subject to availability.
All Guide Dogs can attend, however, due to the nature of the festival site (capacity, crowd etc) we advise you do not bring your non-working furry friends.
We advise all concert goers to avail of public transport where possible. There is NO parking at the festival site.

THERE WILL BE NO FIREWORKS AT EITHER EVENT
Do not bring backpacks or large handbags – A4 size only. There will be no cloakroom or storage facilities on site. Bags must not be left at entrances or surrounding areas. Any items left will be removed and disposed of accordingly. Everyone will be subject to a search.
No umbrellas permitted. This is an outdoor event and concert will take place rain or shine. Please check weather conditions and dress appropriately, but remember no umbrellas!
Prams will be allowed for the Matinée show but not for the Westlife concert.
There are no re-admissions to the concert. If you leave, there is no re-entry.
All Under 16’s attending the concert MUST be accompanied at all times by an adult.
Parents / Guardians must remain with under 16’s and take full responsibility for them throughout the event.
Strict age monitoring will be in place throughout the venue and at the bars.
The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone who fails to comply
